This is my first time linking up and I'm excited to share :-)
My first Made It is something I created for my classroom that has really taken off. I teach 4th grade and kids at this age want to share but are a little too old for show-and-tell. My solution.... The YouTank!
Keep your eye out on my TpT store for a YouTank freebie coming your way soon!
After discovering that my two-year old had bitten all of our apples I decided it was the perfect time to try out a new recipe, Delightful Apple Spiced Scones with Spiced Glaze from SkinnyTaste (LOVE her recipes!) This was my first time making scones so I was a little nervous about it. However, they were super easy to make and tasted DELICIOUS!
My third Made It was a project that has been in the works since the summer. I had a bunch of toilet paper tubes lying around the house waiting to be recycled but wasn't quite sure how I wanted to use them. Then I came up with this...
I painted the cardboard tubes and cut slits in them. Then I used velcro dots to stick them to the wall under my whiteboard. The tubes are the perfect size to hold index cards! Each tube holds one week's vocabulary words. On the wall to the sides of the tubes I put up vocabulary activities for students to practice their words.
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check out more great #MondayMadeIt crafts at 4th Grade Frolics!
Oh my goodness! I laughed so hard at the toddler bitten apples. It's a little sneak preview to life in a few years for me- I have a very energetic 6 month old. Too funny! :) Those scones look FANTASTIC.
